These Terms of Sale apply to digital products sold through the online store at https://club.english-outloud.com and govern the one-time purchase of eBooks and other downloadable content.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Product

The digital product includes one (1) downloadable eBook in PDF format.
The product is delivered electronically — no physical product will be shipped.

3. Payment and Delivery

All prices are shown in PLN and include VAT (where applicable).

Payment is processed securely via Stripe, PayPal or other listed methods.
After successful payment, you will receive an email with a link to download the product. This link is valid for personal use only.

4. Consumer Rights and Refunds

4.1 Digital Content Exception

Under Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU:

Once you download or access the digital product, you lose your right to withdraw from the contract (i.e., request a refund), provided that you gave your express consent to this at checkout.

By completing your purchase, you agree to:

  • immediate access to the digital product, and

  • waiver of the 14-day right of withdrawal.

This is necessary due to the nature of digital goods.

5. Usage and Copyright

The product is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not share, resell, distribute, or modify the file without the written permission of the seller.

All content is protected by copyright law and remains the intellectual property of Ela Augustyniak.

6. Technical Requirements

The eBook is provided in PDF format. You are responsible for ensuring that your device can open and read this file type.

7. Liability

We are not liable for temporary interruptions in access, technical issues beyond our control, or misuse of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
Any matters not regulated herein shall be resolved according to applicable Polish and EU consumer protection laws.

9. Personal Data

Your data is collected and processed for the purpose of fulfilling your order in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
