How long?

For the duration of the contract.

Until the expiration of the legal obligation related to accounting.

In addition, your data will be processed until the expiration of the period in which claims can be pursued – by you or by me (more information on this topic can be found in the last table of this section).

What will happen if you do not provide your data?

You will not be able to use my services.


2. Contacting me (e.g., to ask a question)

For what purpose?

The purpose is to handle your inquiries or requests.

On what basis?

The basis is the contract or actions taken at your request aimed at entering into the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) – in the case where your inquiry or request relates to a contract that we are or may be a party to.

The basis is my legitimate interest in processing your data for the purpose of communicating with you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – if your inquiry or request is not related to a contract.

For the duration of the binding contract between us or – if no contract is concluded – for 12 months.

For what purpose?

My legitimate interest, which involves processing your data for the purpose of conducting satisfaction surveys regarding our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your consent to publish the review (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) – if you decide to provide it.
